PEAKTIME is the booking-demand index for house and techno: a daily, multi-signal read on which DJs are in demand, built for the people who book and sell them. Data, not hype.
Independent · refreshed daily · last updated 19 June 2026
Most DJ rankings measure popularity: followers, streams, fan votes. PEAKTIME measures booking demand: how often and how widely an act is booked, and how their scene credibility, chart, touring and search signals move. It is refreshed every day. The aim is a neutral benchmark that both sides of a booking, the agent selling and the promoter buying, can cite.
PEAKTIME is founded and edited by Ben Faricy. The index, its methodology and the editorial reports are produced independently. PEAKTIME is not a booking agency and does not represent, manage or sell any artist, so the demand read has no commercial stake in the outcome.

Every ranking blends independent demand signals: live booking (Resident Advisor venue tier, attendance and touring), editorial scene credibility, Beatport chart credibility, 1001Tracklists DJ support, search interest and social velocity, into a single demand score. The full method is public.
